Seating for all shows produced by Theatre Charlotte is reserved. Every person admitted must have a ticket. No "babes in arms" or children in laps are permitted. We do, however, offer a ticket discount for children. Please contact us at 704.376.3777 for details.

Late Seating
As a courtesy to other patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager at an appropriate break in the action on stage. For some events, latecomers may be asked to sit at the rear of the theatre until intermission. No refunds will be made for latecomers.

Our concessions stand is open 45 minutes before showtime and during intermission of each show. A variety of wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks are available and are allowed in the theatre (recycling and trash containers are located in the lobby). Cash or credit accepted.

Cameras. + Electronic Devices
Please turn off all electronic devices when you enter the theatre. The use of cameras and/or recording devices is strictly prohibited. Please do not text in the theatre, as it is disruptive to other patrons, and can cause interference with our sound system.

Ticket Exchanges + Refunds
All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds. Season ticket holders may exchange their tickets one time per show at no charge. Single ticket buyers may, for a small fee, exchange tickets to another performance of the same show. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before show time.

Inclement Weather
Shows are rarely cancelled but in the event that a show is cancelled due to inclement weather, power outage or other circumstances beyond our control, exchanges will be offered for another performance of the same production. There are no refunds. Information regarding show cancellations will be listed on our website and social media accounts as well as local television and news outlets.
